A fifth fraternity member has been charged with the hazing death of a New York college student.
Trevor Duffy, 19, died of excessive alcohol consumption last fall after drinking a 60-ounce bottle of vodka during an initiation into Zeta Beta Tau, an unrecognized fraternity at the University of Albany.
He was seven times over the legal blood alcohol limit when he was taken to Albany Medical Center on November 17, and died shortly after.
